Deepak ( Sachdeepak Arora )

Deepak is an expert in Program Management. He has over three decades of experience, including 18 years in managing large business transformation programs and projects, three years in recruitment and selection and 12 years in aviation services. He has successfully managed complex and high valued IT/SAP implementation programs and rollouts; with the team size of more than 300 resources spread across multiple locations. He has proven acumen in leading global multi-million dollar SAP business engagements and transformation programs in multiple domains like Finance, Procurement, and HR.
He is an IBM certified Senior Project Manager, certified Project Management Professional and Certified SAP Consultant. He is also a certified Instructor and examiner in Project Management. He did his MBA and M.Phil. in Organization behavior and has
presented many papers at global forums on Project Management, Change management and business benefits realization. He served in Indian Air Force for 22 years and IBM for more than 11 years and performed various leadership roles in IT-based business transformation programs.
He has authored a well-received book " Transform and Thrive - A step by step guide for successful execution of Organization Transformation Programs and Projects " available at Amazon.com and Amazon.in

Shilbhdra Mukherji

Mr Mukherji has around 25 years of management / IT consulting experience, managing large transformation programs for top global clients.
An Engineer (Jadavpur University, Calcutta) did his Management course from IIM and is a SAP certified consultant from SAP US. He worked in various leadership roles with IBM (Associate Director) , PwC (Managing Consultant) CMC (Sr Consultant)
He has extensive working experience at the CXO level with top Business Houses. Few of his clients are :
  • National: ITC, Exide, Carrier Aircon, BOC (now Linde), Haldia Petrochemicals, Areva, L&T, TATA Metaliks, Siemens, SAIL, CEA, DVC etc ;
  • 15+ International clients (some among the Top Fortune list) spread across North America, Canada, Norway, France, Japan, Australia, Thailand.
  • He also worked as an extended arm of IBM CIO’s office, extensively participating in IBM’s own transformation program, leading team of 600+ from India
  • He managed complex programs across the full-lifecycle working with multi-culture, multi-time-zone global organizations. He traveled extensively across continents for client orals, AS-IS assessment, TO-BE workshop, Change Management, IT strategy presentation. He led large teams across the globe (team size of 1000+)

    His Multiple experiences across the full implementation lifecycle covers programs of different flavor - Transformation, green field & brownfield implementation, business consolidation and divestment, upgrade, development of global template and subsequent roll-out, localization etc
    He has extensive Experience in solution development for large global clients involving process re-engineering He is well versed with multiple engagements types like manpower services, managed services, shared delivery, onshore-landed--offshore delivery, delivery involving client IT team, delivery involving sub-contractors, that will involve business partners – S/W, H/W, Network, manpower service providers etc

    Harsha(Shri L Harsha)

    L S Harsha is a Project Management Consultant and Technical Arbitrator. He has over 28 years of industry experience and about 10 years of program management expertise in multi-disciplinary programs which includes construction projects, IT infrastructure and solutions projects and setting up PMOs. He specializes in driving troubled projects to their logical conclusion by negotiating and motivating teams. His specializations include Contract Management, Stakeholder management, and financial management including funding strategies.
    Harsha is also a seasoned trainer, who designs and delivers training on a variety of core subjects, like project & program management, contract management and negotiation skills etc.

    Kulwant ( Kulwant Singh )

    Kulwant has served in leadership HR roles in large MNC companies like GSK, SUZLON and Sterlite Industries (I) Ltd (Vedanta Group).

    A passionate trainer, he was taught at many prestigious academic institutes and is involved in designing the curriculum for various management courses. He is also experienced as corporate trainer, academic professional and trainer at Army Officers Training Institutions.
