We partner with our clients for preparation of program/ project plans, periodic status reports, risk assessment, proposing mitigation actions, and provide Earned Value measurements. Our services include advance warning of potential slippage areas and advice on corrective steps. We can consult on vendor/s identification and also participate in the negotiations. As a partner in monitoring the project, we can put stringent cost and quality control mechanisms, and efficient reporting systems.
